DDK Digital Function: IRQ_unhook

Input:

AX = IRQ channel 0-15
DX:BX = address of previous ISR as returned from IRQ_hook
CX = previous status of PIC mask registers

Output:

Nothing
All registers changed

Purpose:

Restores IRQ channel status

Notes:

The status bit and ISR for the given IRQ are restored based on the input variable values. No other PIC status bits are altered.
